About the client and the project

Software development company with teams based in Portugal and the Netherlands. The team is developing a web-based platform combining a modern frontend with a Python backend, including asynchronous processing, search/embeddings, and third-party integrations for authentication, billing, and communications.

What you will do

Develop and maintain frontend features using React and TypeScript.
Build and consume backend services and APIs developed in Python.
Implement and manage asynchronous task queues and scheduling.
Integrate third-party services such as authentication, billing, email, and search/embedding providers.
Design and optimize data models using a relational database.
Manage file and artifact storage using cloud storage services.
Collaborate with the team on monitoring and improving application reliability.
