Fullstack Angular/Java Developer

About the role

Technology company providing software and IT services to the healthcare sector in Portugal. The project involves building and evolving microservices-based backend systems integrated with a modern Angular frontend, deployed on cloud infrastructure.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain microservices using Java and Quarkus (or Spring).
  • Build and enhance frontend features using Angular, including micro frontend architectures where applicable.
  • Design and integrate solutions with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Implement event-driven communication between services using Kafka.
  • Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate on cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, primarily on AWS.
  • Apply DevOps practices to support continuous integration and delivery.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (1 day/week in the office, Lisboa)
