Mission:
Ensure the operational maintenance of security infrastructures with a focus on quality, productivity, and security (Run).
Conduct diagnostics to identify the causes of malfunctions and flow blockages.
Implement and maintain security policies on security equipment.
Propose solutions to improve security policies.
Define and implement best practices for managing security policies.
Provide expertise in his/her field while offering advice, assistance, information, training, and alerts regarding network security.
Interface with experts from other domains. Verify compliance with standards (IT security, quality, etc.).
Ensure the appropriate level of service quality in line with the requirements of service contracts (SLAs) within his/her area of responsibility.
