• Communicate corporate governance, risk management, control strategies, frameworks, and policies.

• Report enterprise‑wide technology risks to senior management and key stakeholders.

• Provide independent oversight and challenge IT team decisions.

• Promote a strong risk management culture by providing training, tools, and guidance.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Identify potential technological risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, system failures, and other IT‑related vulnerabilities.

• Assess the likelihood and impact of risks, prioritizing them based on severity and business impact.

• Continuously monitor the bank’s technology infrastructure to detect emerging risks.

• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity frameworks).

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with IT teams to strengthen controls.

• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technology risk management policies and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technology risk management framework, policies, and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with senior management on risk status, vulnerabilities, and mitigation effectiveness.

• Provide training and awareness initiatives to reinforce a strong risk culture.

• Produce comprehensive reports on technological risks and mitigation measures for stakeholders.

🛠 What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in technology risk management within banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk assessment methodologies.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as ISO27001 and NIST.

• Experience with Power BI and Excel.

• Knowledge of Splunk, COBIT, or ITIL is a plus.

• Relevant certifications (ISO27001, ISO27005, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a strong advantage.

• English level B2 or higher.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Creative, proactive, results‑oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.

• Availability to work on‑site 3 times per week at Lagoas Park.
