DevSecOps Engineer (OpenShift)

About the role

International banking group with a technology and operations hub in Portugal. The role supports a modernization initiative bridging development teams and application production/operations teams, aiming to bring automation and Infrastructure as Code practices into traditional infrastructure operations.

What you will do

Coach and train the Operations team on Infrastructure as Code, scripting, and modern DevOps practices.
Own and improve release management and deployment pipelines using dedicated release automation tools.
Maintain current IIS/Windows VM infrastructure while driving migration to container-based platforms.
Support collaboration between local operations teams and remote development teams.
Contribute to automation initiatives applied to infrastructure and deployment processes.

Location and work model

Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Porto)
