About the role

Retail company with a technology hub in Portugal. The team is responsible for designing, operating and evolving critical cloud platforms, with a strong focus on automation, reliability, security and continuous improvement of production services.

What you will do

Operate and evolve cloud environments, ensuring availability, performance, security and cost efficiency.
Design and implement automation (Terraform, scripts, pipelines) to reduce manual work, errors and delivery time.
Act as a reference point for infrastructure incidents, supporting troubleshooting of access and connectivity issues (IAM, VPN, RDP, AD, VPC, security groups, routing).
Create and maintain VMs and workloads in cloud environments, aligned with architecture, security and compliance standards.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, from stage definition to post-deployment observability.
Implement and operate monitoring solutions to ensure effective alerting and visibility over platform health.
Participate in incident management, post-mortems and reliability initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Location and work model

Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa / Porto)
