About the client and the project

Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The team manages service and evolutionary requests for a product and design department, ensuring proper registration, prioritization, and formal delivery across environments.

What you will do

Manage service requests and evolutionary project requests, ensuring proper registration and tracking.
Prioritize incoming requests based on business and technical needs.
Identify and manage collisions between concurrent requests.
Coordinate the formal delivery of requests across all environments.
Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies to support software management cycles.
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and HPSM to track and document work.
Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
