Delivery Manager
About the client and the project
Mobility technology company delivering tolling and smart mobility solutions, headquartered in Portugal with US operations. The role sits within a portfolio of IT initiatives and projects, focused on coordinating delivery, execution control, and stakeholder alignment across a complex, large-scale environment.
What you will do
- Plan, monitor and coordinate projects and initiatives within the portfolio.
- Track deadlines, risks, dependencies, milestones and budget.
- Prepare and consolidate status reporting for stakeholders and management.
- Support and organize steering committees and decision-making forums, ensuring follow-up.
- Coordinate with different areas to unblock dependencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
- Provide functional leadership and support decision-making across the project lifecycle.
Must-have skills
- IT project delivery and management experience — 7+ years
- Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- Portfolio management, planning and reporting knowledge
- Familiarity with traditional and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills across different organizational levels
- Proven experience in consulting and multi-client delivery environments
- Strong technical background with ability to bridge business and technology
- Functional leadership and decision-making capability
- English B2
- Portuguese
Nice to have
- Experience overseeing on-site physical equipment installations, ensuring technical and operational alignment
Location and work model
- Hybrid (3 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
