Job Description

Data Product Owner

Atuar como ponto de contacto principal entre o negócio e a equipa, definindo a visão e objetivos do produto de dados, priorizando o backlog com base no valor para o negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Visão e estratégia (roadmap, OKRs);
gestão de backlog (épicos, features, user stories, WSJF);
governança e compliance (RGPD, FinOps, SLAs);
orquestração de delivery com equipas técnicas; valor e adoção (métricas, evangelização, change management);
sustentabilidade do produto (ciclo de vida).

Competências:

Gestão de produto/programa, roadmap, OKRs, stakeholder management;
data platform cloud (Azure: Data Lake, Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Purview), data mesh;
entendimento de casos de uso analíticos e IA generativa;
Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI/Fabric, FinOps dashboards;
visão estratégica e liderança sem autoridade.

Experiência:

+3 anos em análise de negócio de dados/BI/analytics; experiência em plataformas cloud e projetos end-to-end.

Formação:

Gestão, Engenharia, Informática, Dados/Analytics ou similar.

Certificações Valorizadas:

PSPO/CSPO,
SAFe POPM,
Scrum Master,
ITIL,
Microsoft Azure Data/Fabric,
DAMA CDMP,
FinOps

Regime: Hibrido (2 a 3x por semana no office)
