Principais Tarefas a Desenvolver

  • Administração e Gestão de Cloud: Administrar e manter infraestruturas cloud em Azure e AWS.

  • Infraestrutura como Código (IaC): Implementar e gerir a infraestrutura através de código.

  • Redes e Segurança: Configurar e gerir networking e segurança em ambientes cloud (VNet/VPC, VPN, firewalls, NSGs, IAM, RBAC).

  • Monitorização e Incidentes: Monitorizar, analisar e resolver incidentes em ambientes cloud utilizando ferramentas como Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Continuidade de Negócio: Implementar soluções de backup, recuperação de desastre (Disaster Recovery - DR) e alta disponibilidade.

  • Colaboração DevOps: Colaborar com as equipas de desenvolvimento no desenho e manutenção de pipelines CI/CD.

  • Governação e Segurança: Garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança e melhores práticas de governação.

  • Documentação: Documentar processos, arquiteturas e procedimentos operacionais.

⚙️ Competências e Conhecimentos Técnicos Obrigatórios

  • Administração de Cloud: Experiência prática e conhecimentos sólidos em cloud (networking, segurança, storage, compute e monitorização).

  • Infraestrutura como Código: Experiência comprovada em IaC (preferência em Terraform).

  • Resolução de Problemas: Elevada capacidade de troubleshooting em ambientes complexos (rede, aplicações e performance).

  • DevOps / CI/CD: Familiaridade com ferramentas como GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins ou equivalentes.

  • Gestão de Custos: Experiência em otimização de custos em cloud (right-sizing, autoscaling, reserved instances).

  • Ambientes Híbridos: Experiência em ambientes multi-cloud e híbridos (on-premises + cloud).

  • Soft Skills: Boas competências de documentação, comunicação e trabalho em equipa.

  • Containers e Orquestração: Conhecimentos em containers e Kubernetes (AKS, EKS).

  • Ambientes Críticos: Experiência prévia em ambientes de missão crítica (alta disponibilidade e resiliência).
