About the role

Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The team supports functional solutions for financial interfaces that feed core reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity and credit risk. The project runs for approximately one year, covering specification, implementation and testing of finance-related systems.

What you will do

  • Handle functional solutions for financial interfaces feeding core reporting streams (financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity and credit risk).
  • Define operational and accounting schemes and control frameworks based on business needs identified in early project studies.
  • Define data flow structures and the information needed to feed finance systems.
  • Document functional and technical specifications for solutions to be implemented by other technical teams.
  • Coordinate tasks and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support updates to the chart of accounts when required by the adopted solution.
  • Contribute to testing strategy and carry out accounting and reporting test phases, including aftercare support for reporting users.

Location and work model

  • Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
