Business Analyst (BA) 

 

 

Resumo da função:

Responsável pelo levantamento de requisitos e desenho funcional de uma nova aplicação para a Administração Pública, num projeto com forte componente de dados, incluindo Big Data e AI. Atua em conjunto com stakeholders de negócio, equipas de arquitetura e de desenvolvimento, garantindo que os requisitos são bem compreendidos, documentados e traduzidos em soluções adequadas.

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar levantamento de requisitos junto de stakeholders da Administração Pública
  • Desenhar processos, fluxos e regras de negócio da nova aplicação
  • Analisar e documentar requisitos funcionais e não funcionais
  • Colaborar na definição da arquitetura de dados, dado o forte peso de Big Data no projeto
  • Identificar oportunidades de aplicação de AI aos processos e dados existentes
  • Elaborar documentação de suporte (especificações, casos de uso, user stories)
  • Servir de ponte entre o negócio e as equipas técnicas
  • Validar soluções desenhadas com os stakeholders, assegurando alinhamento com as necessidades reais

Experiência recomendada:

  • Experiência comprovada como Business Analyst, preferencialmente em projetos de sistemas de informação
  • Experiência em levantamento e análise de requisitos
  • Conhecimentos ou sensibilidade para Big Data (arquitetura e modelação de dados em grande escala)
  • Interesse ou experiência prévia em soluções de AI aplicadas a dados
  • Valoriza-se experiência em projetos na Administração Pública ou setor público
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e articulação entre negócio e tecnologia
