Job Description

Arquiteto de soluções em experiência em Agentes de AI – Sénior

Função:

Liderar, juntamente com o Arquiteto Funcional, no processo de desenho de soluções de AI/GenAI , desde a conceção até à implementação

Definir a Arquitetura Técnica com base nos requisitos do projeto, selecionando os componentes ideais (ex: Serverless vs. Kubernetes, Cloud SQL vs. NoSQL, Caching, Storage).

Garantir a aplicação de boas práticas de segurança, custos, governança e compliance no uso de IA em ambientes de Public Cloud.

Orquestrar os módulos de soluções GenAI: LLMs, embeddings, bases de dados vetoriais, data ingestion, monitorização e observabilidade.

Liderar Provas de Conceito (PoCs) e atuar como referência técnica para as equipas de desenvolvimento.

Contribuir ativamente com frameworks de referência, padrões de arquitetura e documentação técnica.

Atuar com autonomia para identificar e resolver problemas técnicos complexos em contextos com múltiplos stakeholders.

Requisitos:

Formação: Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática ou área similar.
Certificação: Pelo menos uma das seguintes certificações: Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect ou Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experiência Comprovada: Experiência sólida no desenho de soluções com Arquiteturas Cloud-Native em Public Cloud, com preferência clara por GCP.
Conhecimento Técnico em Cloud:
Domínio das tecnologias GCP (Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GKE, Cloud Storage, etc.).
Conhecimento profundo de segurança em Cloud e aplicação de princípios de "security by design".
Experiência com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e estratégias de integração.
Conhecimento em AI/GenAI:
Experiência com LLMs em Cloud (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI ou equivalente).
Conhecimento prático em RAG e Bases de Dados Vetoriais (ex: MongoDB, Postgresql p, BigQuery Vector Search).
Familiaridade com frameworks de GenAI como LangChain, Llmaindex ou Agent Development Kit (ADK)

Soft Skills Essenciais:
Excelente capacidade de comunicação e liderança para conduzir discussões de arquitetura.
Forte autonomia e capacidade de superação em contextos de elevada complexidade e ambiguidade.

Nice-to-have

Conhecimento aprofundado em tecnologias de integração como Kafka e Apigee.

Experiência com ecossistemas de Data Mesh.

Conhecimento em segurança aplicada a GenAI (ex: controlo de dados sensíveis, prevenção de prompt injection).

Experiência prática em processos de MLOps e em governança de modelos de IA.
