Responsabilidades:
- Definir e normalizar ciclos de vida de desenvolvimento seguro de software (S-SDLC) em várias equipas de desenvolvimento.
- Integrar e gerir ferramentas de testes de segurança (SAST, DAST, SCA) nos pipelines de CI/CD.
- Liderar iniciativas de gestão de vulnerabilidades em ambientes cloud e clusters Kubernetes.
- Manter e automatizar controlos de segurança de infraestrutura, incluindo WAFs e políticas de rede.
- Orientar equipas de desenvolvimento e DevOps sobre boas práticas de segurança, garantindo conformidade com frameworks como DORA, CIS Benchmarks e OWASP.
Must-have:
- Licenciatura em Ciência da Computação, Cibersegurança ou formação prática equivalente.
- Experiência profissional sólida como Security Engineer, com forte foco em Application Security e metodologias DevSecOps.
- Experiência prática com ferramentas de contentorização e orquestração.
- Fortes competências de programação e scripting (por exemplo, Python, Bash, Java ou Go).
- Conhecimento de standards de segurança da indústria, incluindo OWASP Top 10 e ISO 27001.
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês para comunicar eficazmente com stakeholders técnicos e executivos.
Valorizado:
- Intenção de obter ou conclusão de certificações da indústria, como CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) ou CKS (Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist).
- Forte capacidade analítica para deteção e análise de ameaças.
- Excelentes competências de comunicação para transmitir conceitos técnicos.
- Uma abordagem proativa no alinhamento dos requisitos de segurança com a modernização tecnológica e os objetivos de negócio.
