Functional Analyst
About the client and the project
Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The role is part of a team working on functional analysis for application development projects within a regulated financial/payments environment, covering requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation across multiple stakeholder groups.
What you will do
- Analyze and study regulatory documentation relevant to the projects.
- Gather and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct analysis and documentation of existing solutions and processes.
- Design solutions aligned with business rules, regulatory requirements, and existing functional architecture, including process flows, logical data models, and interface design.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Support product/client management, service, implementation, and testing/certification teams in clarifying designed solutions.
