A central AI team building AI-powered applications, agents, and intelligent workflow automation components to be deployed and scaled across the organization's different country teams.

What you will do

Design, build, and productionize AI applications, assistants, and agents using modern GenAI engineering patterns.
Implement integrations between AI platform services, APIs, enterprise systems, and data platforms.
Develop retrieval, tool-use, orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and guardrail components for production AI solutions.
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to connect models, prompts, workflows, and data pipelines into reliable end-to-end solutions.
Support the implementation of agentic workflows that can be reused across different teams.
Contribute to improving developer experience, engineering standards, reusable templates, and production readiness for AI software delivery.

Location and work model

Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)

Python — software engineering skills

Experience building GenAI applications, assistants, agents, or AI-enabled workflow automation
Hands-on experience with Azure AI services or comparable cloud AI platforms
Understanding of RAG, prompt and context engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and orchestration
Experience with APIs, cloud-native services, data pipelines, and enterprise integration patterns
Comfortable using GenAI software engineering tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar)
English B2

Nice to have

Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, MCP, or comparable
Experience with agentic workflow builders, dashboards, or user-facing AI applications
Experience with vector databases, observability tooling, or LLM gateway patterns
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake)
