About the client and the project

Digital consultancy providing software engineering and design services across Europe. The project focuses on AI safety, alignment, and agentic AI systems, spanning real-time safety mechanisms for generative AI, foundational infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, and production-grade agentic solutions that automate complex business workflows.

What you will do

Design, train, and deploy real-time safety, security, and compliance mechanisms for generative AI and agentic workflows.
Build ML-driven filters, classifiers, and adversarial defense systems to detect and mitigate prompt injections, jailbreaks, data leakage, toxic outputs, and hallucinations.
Implement and configure agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
Handle deep technical integration within a Databricks environment.
Build end-to-end automated pipelines that transform complex business workflows into multi-step reasoning systems.
Conduct technical code reviews and hands-on collaboration with other Python developers.
