The client's team already has deep Python know-how and a great data foundation, but they need us to bridge the gap toward autonomous Al agents. You will be co-building the architecture blueprints and the first production-ready pilots.

What you will do:

  • Implement and configure Agentic Al
    Frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAl, AutoGen, or similar).
  • Handle deep technical integration within a Databricks environment.
  • Build the first end-to-end automated pipeline for the Sourcing process (e.g., automated analysis of technical drawings -> parts classification -> autonomous supplier scouting).
  • Conduct technical code reviews and hands-on sparring with the client's Python developers.

Requirements:

• Tech Stack: Expert Python, Databricks, GenAI/LLM orchestration, Agentic Frameworks, Secure Enterprise API integrations.

Mindset: Pragmatic builder who loves coaching and doing pair-programming with client engineers. You prefer shipping clean code fast over sitting in theoretical strategy meetings.
