*What is this challenge about:*
- Analyze user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to define effective UX solutions.
- Create clear, structured, and user-centered UX concepts aligned with design systems.
- Present design decisions in a structured and understandable way to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and intercultural teams (product, engineering, business).
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements and solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve design standards, processes, and user experience.
- Ensure smooth and effective collaboration in a remote working environment.
*What we are looking for:*
- +4 years of experience in UX design projects, ideally in B2B environments.
- Strong ability to analyze user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Experience creating UX concepts aligned with design systems.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and lead collaborative sessions.
- Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge, advise, and guide teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Living in Portugal (remote role)
- Fluent level of English.
- Open to work as a freelancer
