UI/UX Designer
What is this challenge about
Design user interfaces and interactions for digital products, from research through to high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes
Translate user needs and mental models into intuitive, easy-to-relate-with interfaces
Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions
Create and present mock-ups, prototypes, and keynotes to internal teams and customers
Collaborate proactively with multiple design and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
Balance productivity with experimentation across multiple design solutions from early stages
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and adapt design workflows to an agile collaboration model
What we are looking for
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
A problem-solver with a gift for storytelling and a passion for design.
Customer-obsessed, with the ability to clearly communicate how your designs impact users' activities.
A good sense of end-user knowledge and mental models, with the ability to translate them into interfaces users can easily relate to.
A naturally detail-oriented approach from research to mock-ups to specifications.
A focus on productivity balanced with the ability to experiment with multiple solutions from the earliest design stages.
Experience creating and delivering captivating keynotes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and functional prototypes to internal teams and customers.
Strong analytical skills complemented by a creative and experimental streak.
Ability to stay proactive while working across several different design and development teams.
Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, or Sketch for prototyping and UI specification.
Previous experience designing desktop software.
English fluent
