Retail group's digital and technology company operating across multiple markets. The role sits within a platform enablement team responsible for infrastructure architecture and platform engineering. The team designs and delivers infrastructure services as internal products, supporting application teams across the organisation.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain platform infrastructure services.
- Design and implement infrastructure services as internal products.
- Automate the lifecycle of infrastructure products and platforms.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application infrastructure requirements.
- Perform infrastructure and application updates, including load and resilience testing.
- Manage internal stakeholder expectations and monitor service satisfaction levels.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving infrastructure practices.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Porto)
- Kubernetes — 6+ years
- Linux
- CKA or OpenShift certification (required)
- Software development experience — 3+ years
- Go and/or Python programming skills
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
- GitOps tools (e.g. Argo CD)
- Cloud provider experience (GCP or Azure)
- Monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- English B2
- Portuguese
