We are looking for a Senior Digital Workplace Engineer  to work in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and evolve the modern workplace environment, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient end-user experience.
  • Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including device policies, compliance, security baselines, and update management.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Windows and Android devices, ensuring stability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Develop advanced automation and self-healing solutions using PowerShell and AI-driven approaches.
  • Implement technical remediation strategies to reduce vulnerabilities, recurring issues, and manual operational effort.
  • Manage and secure mobile and specialized devices such as tablets, PDAs, and operational endpoints.
  • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Monitor workplace performance, availability, and user experience proactively, troubleshooting complex technical incidents when needed.
  • Produce and maintain clear and reusable technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with support, infrastructure, and operations teams to continuously improve the digital workplace environment.

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience in Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End-User Computing environments.
  • Solid expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies and modern endpoint management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and hybrid Active Directory environments.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access, identity management, DNS, SMTP, and MDM solutions.
  • Proven experience automating operational tasks and implementing remediation/self-healing solutions.
  • Experience managing Windows and Android devices in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of Networking fundamentals and Linux systems.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.

  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
  • ITIL 4 Foundation
  • Certifications or experience in Power Platform, Automation, AI applied to IT Operations, or Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
