🚀 What is this challenge about:

Architect and implement complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting coding standards, best practices, and solution scalability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support team growth through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
Define and implement Salesforce development, deployment, and governance best practices.
Contribute to solution architecture decisions, continuous improvement initiatives, and platform optimization efforts.
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimations, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

🛠 What we are looking for:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform customizations.
Proven experience implementing integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware solutions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modelling, and Enterprise Design Patterns.
Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD processes, automated testing, and modern software development best practices.
Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams.
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting development standards and governance.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Living in Lisbon or Porto(Hybrid role)
Fluent level of English.
