🚀 What is this challenge about:

  • Architect and implement complex customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting coding standards, best practices, and solution scalability.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and support team growth through technical coaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Define and implement Salesforce development, deployment, and governance best practices.
  • Contribute to solution architecture decisions, continuous improvement initiatives, and platform optimization efforts.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and integration documentation.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimations, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

🛠 What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including the design, development, and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform customizations.
  • Proven experience implementing integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware solutions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modelling, and Enterprise Design Patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git), CI/CD processes, automated testing, and modern software development best practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while collaborating closely with stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting development standards and governance.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Living in Lisbon or Porto(Hybrid role)
  • Fluent level of English.
