We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in Porto (Hybrid) who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

  • Facilitate Agile delivery and ensure effective execution of Agile practices
  • Remove impediments that may block or slow down team progress
  • Enable and support high-performing, self-organized teams
  • Foster collaboration between Product Owners, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure smooth delivery cycles and high-quality software releases
  • Act as a servant leader, supporting the team in autonomy and accountability
  • Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity within the team

What we are looking for

  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in IT
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (technical background is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability across different levels of the organization (technical teams to executive stakeholders)
  • Autonomy, leadership, and teamwork mindset
  • Fluent English (minimum B2)
