Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The role supports an international Salesforce programme spanning multiple countries, involving large-scale rollout strategies across a distributed Salesforce organization.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a distributed Salesforce development team, fostering technical growth and best practices.
- Oversee hands-on development and configuration on Salesforce Core, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Manage and escalate support cases directly with Salesforce Support.
- Review, challenge, and approve pull requests from junior and senior developers.
- Coordinate deployment management across multiple environments.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and bug investigation.
- Drive technical governance, quality standards, and stakeholder communication across a multi-country rollout.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (1 day/week in the office, Lisboa / Braga / Coimbra)
- Salesforce — extensive hands-on experience
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams as a Technical Lead
- Experience managing and escalating cases with Salesforce Support
- Deployment management across multiple environments
