What is this challenge about

Own technical delivery for a e-commerce domain E2E development, quality, release, and operations.

Coordinate Tech Leads and engineers, resolving technical conflicts and guiding architecture decisions.

Define technical strategy and roadmap in partnership with business/product.

Proactively flag and mitigate delivery risks (architecture, dependencies, capacity).

Unblock cross-team delivery issues and drive DevOps adoption (full lifecycle ownership).

Codify architecture standards into shared Skills/Rules and champion AI-assisted development.

What we are looking for

Technical leadership experience across multiple engineering teams (Senior Tech Lead / EM / TDL or equivalent).

Strong Salesforce Commerce (SFRA) experience — architecture, customization, operations.

Proven balance of technical depth and people management.

Track record unblocking cross-team delivery and managing technical conflicts.

Comfortable owning medium-term technical strategy with business stakeholders.

React experience in headless e-commerce architecture.

Open to (or experienced with) AI-assisted development workflows (harness, Skills/Rules, code agents).

Living in Porto (hybrid role).

Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
