We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to work hybrid in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!
What is this challenge about:
- Leading Salesforce technical initiatives, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions;
- Acting as a technical reference for the team, supporting architecture decisions and complex problem-solving;
- Translating business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions;
- Designing and implementing integrations (REST APIs) and hybrid architectures;
- Promoting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies;
- Mentoring developers and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce DX, and Salesforce APIs;
- Solid experience with integrations (REST APIs) and Salesforce security model;
- Knowledge of DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions;
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
- Experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) and React (valued);
- Salesforce certifications (valued);
- Fluent level of English & Portuguese (mandatory);
- Availability to work hybrid 2x per week in Porto
