What is this challenge about

Follow up on ticket submissions and manage tracking systems to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Analyze reported issues and collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Architects to implement fixes.

Document processes and operational modes related to daily functions.

Record actions and updates in tracking tools such as Salesforce and Confluence.

What we are looking for

Functional expertise in Asset Management, with strong understanding of product manufacturing processes and investment fund distribution.

Strong IT and Data skills, particularly SQL/SOQL, data modeling, and project management methodologies.

Experience with support activities.

6 to 9 years of relevant professional experience.

A strong blend of technical and functional skills.

Living in Porto or Lisbon (hybrid role).

Fluent French speaker and English (mandatory).
