Global IT consulting and technology services company with a delivery hub in Porto, Portugal. The role sits within a team supporting a Salesforce platform used across multiple business units, focused on configuration, data quality, reporting, and user support.
What you will do
- Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Maintain workflows, approval processes, and automation using Flows and Process Builder.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits, imports, updates, and exports.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Provide end-user support, training, and documentation on Salesforce best practices.
- Support system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integrations with other business systems.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (1 day/week in the office, Porto)
- Salesforce Administration — 5+ years
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- English B2
