We’re looking for a QA Manual Tester to join KWAN on a high-impact project within a global financial environment.

You’ll be working with complex systems used in fixed-income trading. This is not a basic dev role, it’s about understanding how systems, data, and business actually connect.

What you’ll be doing

Analyze and validate business and technical requirements to ensure full test coverage and alignment with project goals;
Design, document, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements;
Develop and implement automated test scripts using modern testing frameworks;
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Manage the full software testing lifecycle;
Execute test runs, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution;
Leverage AI tools and techniques to optimize test creation, execution, and analysis.

What we’re looking for

Strong hands-on experience with Cypress;
Proficiency in Java, particularly for test development and automation frameworks;
Deep understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC), including methodologies, tools, and best practices;
Proven experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines;
Solid experience with Jira and Xray;
Experience applying AI-driven approaches within the testing lifecycle.
