Payments and financial technology company operating across Portugal. The team supports the technical implementation and integration of payment services for external clients, acting as the bridge between client needs and internal product and engineering teams.
What you will do
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal delivery team during service integration.
- Analyze functional and technical documentation to support client onboarding and implementation.
- Monitor client testing activities and help identify and resolve issues or errors.
- Manage project delivery to ensure alignment with agreed requirements and business objectives.
- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and providing solutions.
- Identify risks and conflicts, define mitigation strategies, and proactively escalate challenges.
