IT consulting and software engineering company operating in Portugal. The role sits within small-to-medium IT projects involving system integrations and change requests, supporting ongoing transformation initiatives across the organization.
What you will do
- Plan and execute small IT projects, defining scope, resources, team coordination and deadlines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of change requests: analysis, planning, execution, testing and delivery.
- Assess technical and functional impacts of changes, ensuring alignment across involved areas.
- Support ongoing transformation processes within the organization.
- Promote IT governance and change management best practices.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
- Review and manage pending items, risks and issues to keep projects on track.

- Project Management experience — 6+ years
- Strong knowledge of Information Systems management and implementation processes integrated with market middlewares
- Consulting project experience
- Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
