What you will do
- Work with the engineering team to clarify acceptance criteria and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align on features, functionality, and delivery timelines.
- Create user stories and acceptance tests that clearly articulate criteria for each feature or change request.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers on mockups and prototypes of the final product.
- Prioritize the product backlog strategically based on business value and delivery effort.
- Review prototypes and proofs of concept for feasibility before development.
- Coordinate with engineering managers, tech leads and developers to ensure requirements are understood.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- Product Owner experience — 2-4 years
- Jira
- Experience delivering cloud-based software projects
- Agile methodologies

- Comfortable using AI tools (including OpenAI API) to support product work
- Familiarity with prompting and applying AI assistants in day-to-day delivery
