We are looking for a Product Manager to work in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!
What is this challenge about
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Management products and services, ensuring alignment with business priorities;
- Act as the main point of contact between IT, operations, security, compliance, and external partners, translating needs into clear and prioritized initiatives;
- Convert strategic goals into actionable product initiatives with high business impact;
- Define and track value-driven metrics, focusing on service quality, process improvement, and user experience;
- Manage priorities and trade-offs based on data, user feedback, and organizational context;
- Validate hypotheses and ensure solutions evolve in a scalable and sustainable way;
- Take ownership of prioritization decisions, including the ability to challenge and decline initiatives when needed.
What we are looking for
- Solid experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, preferably in IT, technology platforms, or Service Management environments;
- Good understanding of Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ITSM, ESM) combined with Agile methodologies;
- Practical knowledge of key service management processes (incident, request, problem, change, asset management);
- Strong analytical and systems thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management);
- Interest in innovation and ability to leverage technology (including AI) to drive improvements.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
