Global professional services company with a technology delivery hub in Portugal. The team delivers full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with a focus on Service Cloud, for large-scale client organizations. Work is done in a collaborative, non-hierarchical setup that emphasizes ownership, pair programming, and initiative.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL/SOSL queries.
- Build Lightning Components using LWC and/or Aura.
- Configure Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation logic.
- Implement and support REST and SOAP integrations.
- Produce technical documentation, including UML and sequence diagrams.
- Perform unit testing, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
- Collaborate using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines throughout the development lifecycle.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa)
- Salesforce — full lifecycle implementation experience
- Apex — classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
- Salesforce Flows and configuration (validation rules, automation)
- REST and SOAP integrations
- Unit testing and defect analysis
- Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- English B2

- Omni-Channel Routing and Prioritisation
- Security and Access Model, Data Access, and Visibility
