What is this challenge about:

Execute functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, API, and data validation testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud and connected systems.
Validate Salesforce business processes, including Lead, Opportunity, Account, and Contact management workflows.
Test sales processes, stage progression, automated workflows, validation rules, Lightning components, and Apex-triggered logic.
Validate integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, including ERP systems, MuleSoft, Gorilla, data platforms, and communication services.
Perform API testing using Postman, validating requests, responses, and data consistency across systems.
Test asynchronous and event-driven processes to ensure reliability and business continuity.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
Manage test data, including customer, contract, meter, tariff, billing, and account datasets.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), sprint demonstrations, and release validation activities.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps, supporting evidence, and impact assessment.
Retest resolved defects and validate potential regression impacts.
Monitor application quality and promote continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.

🛠 What we are looking for:

+3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or QA Engineer working with Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality.
Experience testing Salesforce integrations with external systems and APIs.
Strong API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
Experience validating data consistency across multiple systems and platforms.
Knowledge of SOQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience performing: Functional Testing; Integration Testing; End-to-End Testing; Regression Testing; API Testing; Data Validation Testing; Basic Performance Testing.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous testing practices.
Experience using Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Squash, BrowserStack and Matomo (or similar analytics platforms)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role)
Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
