International banking group with a technology and operations hub in Portugal. The role sits within a team developing and supporting leasing-related applications, focusing on infrastructure reliability and delivery automation.
What you will do
- Maintain and support Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud environment, ensuring stability and availability.
- Create, maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines for Java application delivery.
- Manage application deployments and release processes using dedicated deployment and release management tools.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure, pipeline and deployment incidents.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and operations teams to ensure reliable application delivery.
- Improve automation, deployment processes and operational reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
Location and work model
- Hybrid (2 days/week in the office, Lisboa / Porto)
- IT infrastructure support / DevOps — 5+ years
- Hands-on experience maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure in a private cloud environment
- Experience creating and maintaining Jenkins pipelines
- Practical experience with deployment and release management tools (e.g. XL Deploy / XL Release)
- Understanding of Java application build and deployment processes
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices, incident management and troubleshooting
- English B2
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting and automation
- Knowledge of Docker and container technologies
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT service management processes
