What you’ll be doing
- Define and evolve the end-to-end data architecture strategy;
- Align multiple data teams around shared standards and architectural principles;
- Collaborate with business and analytics stakeholders to define scalable data products and KPIs;
- Establish standards for data modeling, governance, integration, lineage, and quality;
- Guide ongoing projects toward scalable and cost-efficient solutions;
- Drive architectural consistency across platforms, regions, and functions;
- Evaluate and introduce modern tools, frameworks, and best practices;
- Act as a key bridge between business, IT, governance, and data teams.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Architect;
- Strong expertise in modern cloud data platforms and distributed architectures;
- Deep knowledge of data modeling methodologies (Data Vault, Dimensional, Canonical Models);
- Strong experience with: Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, Purview, ADF, PySpark, Synapse Pipelines;
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data lifecycle processes;
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform optimization;
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills;
- Professional English level.
