What is this challenge about

Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications using Kotlin;

Design and implement robust, maintainable architectures (e.g., MVVM);

Deliver smooth, intuitive and consistent user experiences;

Write clean, testable code with strong unit and UI test coverage;

Own features end-to-end, from development to deployment and maintenance;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define technical solutions;

Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions;

Proactively identify and resolve production issues;

Apply best engineering practices (TDD, CI/CD, performance and monitoring).

What we are looking for

+5 years of experience in Android development with Kotlin;

Experience with Jetpack Compose (Compose Multiplatform is a plus);

Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM);

Experience with asynchronous programming (Coroutines or RxJava);

Experience with unit and UI testing;

Knowledge of design patterns and data structures;

Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams;

Ability to work with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions;

Autonomous, proactive mindset with strong attention to quality;

Fluency in English.
