C++ Developer – Financial Systems

We’re looking for a C++ Developer to join KWAN on a high-impact project within a global financial environment.

You’ll be working with complex systems used in fixed-income trading. This is not a basic dev role, it’s about understanding how systems, data, and business actually connect.

What you’ll be doing

Design, implement and maintain C++ components for financial software (Summit);
Work on system integrations within a service-oriented architecture;
Create unit and functional tests for all developments;
Participate in code reviews (manual + automated);
Maintain proper documentation (JIRA, Confluence);
Contribute to non-regression tools and engineering efficiency;
Support DevOps-related tasks when needed;
Collaborate daily with international teams (mainly Paris).

What we’re looking for

Strong experience with C++;
Solid knowledge of SQL and Git;
Experience with shell scripting and/or C#;
Comfortable working in complex, integrated systems;
Strong communication skills and autonomy;
English C1 (mandatory).

Nice to have

Experience with Summit or similar financial platforms;
Exposure to Finance (Front/Middle Office, trading workflows);
Knowledge of financial products (bonds, swaps, CDS, FX, derivatives);
Experience with Python, Jenkins, XLDeploy, Artifactory;
French (B2).
