What is this challenge about: - Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

Gather, analyze, document, and refine business requirements to support project delivery.
Produce detailed specifications and user stories for development teams.
Own and support Scrum ceremonies and processes, ensuring efficient Agile delivery.
Facilitate communication and alignment across business and technical teams.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Support prioritization, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA);

Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including ownership or coordination of Scrum-related activities;
Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical documentation/specifications;
Experience within the Investment Banking domain;
Good knowledge of Financial Markets, including products such as swaps, options, equities, stock market instruments, and related financial products;
Working knowledge of SQL (advanced level not required);
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
Living in Porto (hybrid role);
Portuguese language skills are considered a plus;
Fluent level of English.
