We are looking for a Tech Lead GenAI to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

Proven experience in technical leadership of engineering teams;

Strong knowledge of Generative AI architectures, including: LLMs, embeddings/vectorization, RAG, agents, and orchestration;

Experience designing and implementing data pipelines and AI pipelines;

Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and DataOps practices;

Experience with CI/CD, automation, and deployment;

Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agent frameworks and GenAI pipelines;

Strong understanding of security and compliance, including prompt management, log auditing, sensitive data protection, and access control policies.cisions and monitor performance, cost, and solution quality.
