What is this challenge about:

Engineering Background: A minimum of three years of professional experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer.
Applied AI Experience: Demonstrated history of building and deploying AI-driven solutions to production. We are looking for candidates who have successfully shipped projects utilizing LLMs, RAG frameworks, agents, or related technologies—not just those with theoretical knowledge.
A quick learner who can seamlessly transition into new tech stacks and frameworks without relying on formal, guided training.
Highly self-directed. You take full ownership of your schedule, technical choices, and final deliverables with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification;
At least 3 years of experience in Software Engineering, envolved in AI Projects;
Highly motivated by the current AI-driven shifts in productivity, with a strong desire to implement these transformative solutions for organizations lagging in adoption.
Proven track record in early-stage or startup ecosystems, characterized by an ability to thrive and find motivation in highly fluid and ambiguous environments.
Proficient in cloud infrastructure with a comprehensive understanding of the engineering lifecycle required to scale applications from initial prototypes to robust production environments.
