Lead the design, development, and evolution of backend systems (PHP/Symfony and Go), from architecture to deployment;

Define technical direction and make key architectural decisions, including transitioning monoliths to microservices;

Build and scale distributed systems, improving performance, reliability, and cost efficiency;

Own infrastructure and DevOps practices (CI/CD, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), ensuring zero-downtime deployments and strong observability;

Apply best practices in security, performance optimization, and system stability;

Use and promote AI tools to improve development workflows and team productivity;

Mentor engineers, uphold high engineering standards, and foster team autonomy;

Ensure high availability, manage incidents, and maintain production stability;

Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What we are looking for

+7 years of experience;

Strong experience with PHP (Symfony);

Experience with Golang for high-performance services;

Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures (e.g., Outbox Pattern);

Proficiency with Redis (caching and distributed systems support);

Solid understanding and practical application of DDD (Domain-Driven Design);

Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, MSK);

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes;

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;

Strong experience with REST APIs and integrations;

Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools;

Fluency in English (minimum B2).
