What we are looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of UX design project experience, ideally in B2B environments;
  • Comfortable analyzing user needs, business goals and demands, and technical constraints to derive UX concepts;
  • Skilled in creating clear and user‑centered UX concepts with a defined design system;
  • Efficient at presenting design decisions in a structured and understandable manner;
  • Shall work with intercultural and cross‑functional teams;
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Confident in facilitating workshops with various stakeholders;
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to challenge, advise, and guide teams;
  • Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus;
  • Proactive in identifying gaps or opportunities for improving design and project standards;
  • Shall ensure a smooth collaboration in a Remote-setup.
