We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!
What is this challenge about
- Implement, configure, and maintain ITSM platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational processes;
- Develop and optimize workflows, service catalogs, automations, and integrations;
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform with structured and scalable solutions;
- Collaborate with Service Management teams and Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Manage platform updates and upgrades, ensuring stability and minimal risk;
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions;
- Improve platform performance, security, and reliability.
What we are looking for
- Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation (2+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior profiles);
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and rolling out ServiceNow solutions across multiple projects;
- Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS;
- Experience with integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server);
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA preferred; CIS or CTA valued for senior profiles);
- Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and critical thinking;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluency in English (minimum B2).
