We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to work in Porto who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

Implement, configure, and maintain ITSM platforms, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational processes;
Develop and optimize workflows, service catalogs, automations, and integrations;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform with structured and scalable solutions;
Collaborate with Service Management teams and Product Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions;
Manage platform updates and upgrades, ensuring stability and minimal risk;
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement long-term solutions;
Improve platform performance, security, and reliability.

What we are looking for

Experience with ServiceNow development and implementation (2+ years for mid-level, 5+ years for senior profiles);
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and rolling out ServiceNow solutions across multiple projects;
Strong technical knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS;
Experience with integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC, MID Server);
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
ServiceNow certifications (CSA preferred; CIS or CTA valued for senior profiles);
Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and critical thinking;
Good communication and teamwork skills;
Fluency in English (minimum B2).
