We are looking for Project Manager for a hybrid challenge in Lisbon, Portugal, who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

  • Strategic Oversight: Lead the global coordination of specialized technical clusters (e.g., IPXR, Optical, NBI) ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between the Client, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and external vendors.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure consistency across different workstreams, regardless of the resource provider.
  • Partner with Scrum Masters to ensure operational efficiency and support Product Owners in feature prioritization and backlog planning.
  • Proactively identify dependencies, resource bottlenecks, and risks, implementing timely mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor contracted value vs. delivered value, managing subcontractor budgets and billing rates.
  • Agile Project Management: Solid experience as a Project or Delivery Manager within complex Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Multi-Vendor Ecosystems: Proven track record of managing projects involving multiple consulting firms and external service providers.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong focus on delivery, KPI tracking, and proactive risk management.
  • Influential Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results through influence, without having direct hierarchical authority.
  • Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and negotiate with high-level stakeholders and vendors.
  • Adaptability: Highly comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving organizational structures.
  • Strategic Seniority: Sufficient professional maturity to provide direction, build client trust, and unblock critical issues under pressure.
