We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!
What is this challenge about
- End-to-end responsible for design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
- Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
- Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
- Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
- Executing the unit test; analyzing defects and implementing fixes.
- Defining and reviewing test cases.
What we are looking for
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
- Good level of Git, SFDX and pipelines CI/CD.
- Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in the Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra or Braga).
