We are looking for a Product Manager who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about

  • Work on complex B2B platform problems where requirements are often ambiguous and need to be clarified and structured;
  • Transform loosely defined product or business needs into well-defined, buildable solutions;
  • Design platform capabilities with reuse and consistency in mind, identifying patterns that can scale across multiple features;
  • Contribute to the creation of a coherent platform architecture rather than isolated feature implementations;
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, structured documentation that other teams can directly use as a foundation for development;
  • Work in environments with heavy system integration, including interactions between APIs, data models, and external systems;
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, exploration, analysis, and solution design;
  • Help shape solutions that support sophisticated enterprise use cases while maintaining clarity, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

What we are looking for

  • 5 years working as a Product Manager;
  • Strong systems thinking and pattern recognition, with the ability to identify reusable components across complex problems;
  • Ability to abstract and design platform solutions that remain consistent as the system evolves;
  • Skill in breaking down vague or incomplete requirements into structured, actionable deliverables;
  • Technical fluency in areas such as data models, APIs, and integration patterns sufficient to design feasible solutions;
  • Comfortable with using AI tools as an accelerator for analysis, problem exploration, and solution development;
  • Pragmatic decision-making, knowing when to prioritize abstraction and when to deliver practical solutions to maintain progress;
  • Strong critical thinking and judgment, with the ability to challenge assumptions and evaluate trade-offs;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
