What we are looking for

• Strong experience with Java/Spring backend services for event-driven systems;
• Hands-on with Kafka or Azure Event Hubs streaming (high-volume ingestion, replay, ordering);
• Expertise in Azure operations, including AKS/Kubernetes, Cosmos DB, Redis, Application Insights;
• Proficiency in CI/CD using Azure Pipelines, deployment automation, and streaming job recovery;
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform/OpenTofu;
• Comfortable working in Docker and Linux runtime environments;
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, especially PII handling and audit logging;
• Strong SQL, Python, PySpark, Databricks, and Data Lake (Unity Catalog) skills;
• Able to support data pipeline stability, streaming jobs, producer data access, and monitoring;
• English proficiency.
